Celebrate with Palms, Awake in the Garden

This week we move through Jesus’ grand arrival to Jerusalem, in which he enacted a parody of royal processions of military might. From there we acknowledge the Last Supper and dwell in the Garden of Gethsemane with Jesus as his disciples nod off. Jesus’ betrayal and arrest leave us for the trial ahead.
