Alberni Indian Residential School

On March 2, 2023,  the Tseshaht First Nation issued a press release and 26 CAlls to Truth and Justice as they revealed the results from scanning 10% of the potential burial areas at the Alberni Indian Residential School site.

As a United Church of Canada congregation, as a people of justice and reconciliation, we receive this news with heavy hearts, and open to what of these calls and other calls to truth, justice and reconciliation speak to us in this day and time.
