WELCOME to UCoL!

We are a congregation of The United Church of Canada,
Weaving a Faith that Matters… may the Spirit stir us on!

We acknowledge with gratitude that we live and gather on the unceded and ancestral lands of the q̓ʷɑ:n̓ƛ̓ən̓ (Kwantlen), Máthxwi (Matsqui), q̓ic̓əy̓ (Katzie), and Se’mya’me (Semiahmoo) peoples. We honour their faithful stewardship of the land and seek to walk in the Spirit of reconciliation.

We Are Not Alone
Worship Leader: Rev. Louise Cummings

Time: 10:30am

"We are called to be the church... to seek justice and resist evil".

The words are part of the statement of faith that we will say together in worship.  The readings this Sunday invite us to think about what it is to hunger and thirst for right relationships, what it is to be peacemakers, to live wholeheartedly.

The times we live in are profoundly challenging. Is it really possible to overcome evil with good?  What acts of resistance to evil have caught your attention in the last few weeks?
