We acknowledge with gratitude that we live and gather on the unceded and ancestral lands of the q̓ʷɑ:n̓ƛ̓ən̓ (Kwantlen), Máthxwi (Matsqui), q̓ic̓əy̓ (Katzie), and Se’mya’me (Semiahmoo) peoples. We honour their faithful stewardship of the land and seek to walk in the Spirit of reconciliation.
Accelerate action – prayer, inclusion of all including Women, love of Jesus and major impact of celebrating national Reading Week. We can read the Bible, and any of the church library materials that help us learn what it means to accelerate our goals of social justice, loving and creating inclusive, diverse environments for UCOL and our personal worlds. And we can use the receipt of our spiritual gifts to do all these things.
